You may have witnessed the beautiful rose coloured moon this last week. In the poetic and symbolic readings of today’s Solemnity we have the use of Scripture to describe Mary in her heavenly life of glory. Holiday makers abroad may discover how this feast is celebrated with with joy and time off. It gives us an opportunity to recognise as the Preface puts it: ”…a sign of sure hope and comfort to your pilgrim people “. Why not pray today the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary?
