Fifty Days of Eastertide to hear of encounters with the Risen Lord. The days are ones when the newly baptised adults deepen their understanding of their new lives as Christians and members of the Church. For existing members, it is a time to renew our membership and grow in our commitment. This second Sunday’s Gospel is reflected in the eucharistic hymn “I am not like Thomas, wounds I cannot see.” May our acts of faith grow stronger!
